Omar, Midian Solutions

Our founder, Omar Dawkins, brings over 20 years of leadership experience, with more than half of that time spent managing teams of 200+ employees, 20+ direct reports, and overseeing annual revenues exceeding $50 million. Throughout his career, Omar has held senior and director-level positions in multiple organizations, where he has consistently excelled in leading retail operations, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving profitability. A proven leader, he is also dedicated to mentoring and developing high-performing teams while cultivating a culture of excellence and recognition. Omar was recognized as an Emerging Leader (top 20 out of 800) by a Fortune 200 company and has received numerous awards for outstanding financial performance, business improvement, and customer service. Outside of his family, his current passion is applying the skills he's gained throughout his career to help other leaders transform their organizations.
